OneDesign offers an average turnaround time of 48 hours between each design task. A design task is a direct tangible concept that our team would want your approval on in order to continue to the next task in your queue.

When will my
team be working?

Our team will be available Monday through Friday. During this time, we will be completing your design tasks, updating your dashboards, and responding to any inquiries you have! Excel with Solar values our team and the wonderful work they do, so they will not be available on weekends.

Who owns the
design rights?

You do! Once we complete any design work for you, you retain full ownership rights. In case of website hosting, we can either have you buy out the domain and hosting when you cancel services, or you can opt for a simple yearly fee.

What programs do you design in?

We primarily design visuals in Adobe products, and occasionally use Canva for social focused solutions. For web development, we leverage the power of WordPress to create stunning and functional websites.

Are there any refunds?
